Each Invitee to your Genesis Event is carefully selected using over 40 resources and tools at our disposal. The Genesis Automotive Marketing Events lists are unmatched and far superior to anything in the industry. Genesis will get buyers into your dealership.
We search extensively for “in market” prospects using our own database and our database cloning techniques. By cloning “your customer”, we are able to identify who buys your product, which allows us to invite the right prospects with the right message from our database to your Genesis Sales Event. While cloning, Genesis is also able to replicate your Prime Market Area (PMA) which is crucial in determining who and where to invite your potential Invitees from. The potential Invitee is then scrubbed with several additional filters to insure that the best and most qualified Invitees are invited to your Genesis Sales Event.
Invitations

Genesis uses only the highest quality materials in the industry. All Genesis Event Invitations are digitally printed using an elaborate four color printing process. Once your Genesis Event Invitation is carefully selected, our graphics department will customize your Invitation complete with your dealership’s individual logo, current manufacturer incentives and special Event days and hours of your choice. Pending your final approval, your Genesis Event Invitations are personalized and then sent through the NCOA (National Change Of Address) to insure delivery through the USPS.
Pre Event Preparation
When you select Genesis Automotive Marketing Events, we are with you every step of the way.
Five to eight days prior to your Genesis Sales Event, we will send you your Genesis Event Packet, any premium gifts needed for your Event, and you will be contacted by your personal Genesis Event Manager. Your Genesis Event Packet will contain sample Invitations, a Receptionist Script, a Winners Verification Chart (to be used during Event), and copies of the Event Rules & Regulations. Your Genesis Event Manager will go over all of the materials in the Genesis Event Packet with you and instruct you on how to administer the materials prior to our arrival. Your Event Manager will train your receptionist(s) on the Receptionist Script (over the phone) as well. Our dealers have seen as many as 12 deals attributed to their Genesis Sales Event prior to our arrival! You should expect a heavy call load in your sales, service, and parts department approximately five days prior to your Genesis Sales Event and three to five days after. Your Event Manager is dedicated to the success of your Genesis Sales Event before, during and long after you choose Genesis Automotive Marketing Events.
Event Meetings
Your Genesis Event Manager will work closely with you to schedule an informative “Managers Meeting” with you, your management team, and your F&I department on the morning of the first day of your Genesis Sales Event. This gives us a chance to get to know one another and lets your management team know “The Flow” of your Genesis Sales Event.
Unlike most companies that attempt to imitate what we do, Genesis Automotive Marketing Events is not in your dealership to take it over, only to enhance what you already do. Our goals are the same as yours; sell more vehicles and make more money while having an exciting time doing so.
Your Genesis Event Manager will also work with you to schedule your Genesis Sales Event “Sales Meeting”. This is done after your “Managers Meeting” prior to the Event starting on the first day of your Event. This meeting is crucial to the success of your Genesis Sales Event as your Event Manager will go over the expectations and “The Flow” of your Event. Your Event Manager is highly trained and will offer your staff invaluable training, word tracks, and unparalleled motivation that only our extensive experience can offer. You can elect to have a “Sales Meeting” with your Event Manager each day of your Genesis Sales Event if you desire.
The Event

Your Genesis Event Manager and/or Genesis Event Coordinator will set up in your showroom usually near the primary entrance. We set up our table, computer system, and any props, prizes, or gifts necessary for your Genesis Sales Event. Once set up, “The Flow” of your Genesis Sales Event is very simple:

Best of all, your Event Manager will be with you throughout your Event to take a final T.O. on every customer to make sure no deals are missed. Post G.A.M.E. Success
Upon completion of your Genesis Sales Event, your Event Manager will give your dealership a “Registered Guest Report”, which is a detailed report complete with all customer information we obtain, follow up information for your sales team to make residual deals, and notes on how far each customer was taken in the process.
Some of our dealers have reported up to 16 residual deals made from their Genesis Sales Event after it was over. Your Genesis Event Manager and G.A.M.E. team will then help you customize a Genesis Sales Event schedule that will work for your dealership over and over again.
